Eligibility for Returns:
    • Items are defective, misprinted, or damaged. We do not offer returns for a change of heart.
    • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    How to Initiate a Return:

      • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.
      Return Shipping:
        • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

        • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
        Refund Process:
          • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
          • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
            Damaged or Defective Items:
            • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
